*The kanji are read "chiheisen," but I'm definitely hearing "suiheisen"; I'm not sure if there were different furigana in the original scan book or what. They have almost the same meaning; "chiheisen" is the horizon over land and "suiheisen" is the horizon over water. I'm using "suiheisen" here because I think that's what's actually being said.

translation:

song of love 2010

since then, I've wanted
to let someone listen to this song

my other earphone
I hand over to you

the two of us now close our eyes
if we hear the same song

at any time, we can fly and go
to somewhere far distant
at the end of the universe, or
the expansive horizon

very soon, this song will reach
its most beloved place

now, you have opened your eyes
“be quiet for a bit”

the train schedule follows this moment
the familiar town is waiting
hurry just a little
turn and listen to the song of love

“in times of happiness
and times of sadness
we will be together, so
you can return it
at any time
you've had it all along.”

at any time, let’s fly and go
to somewhere far distant
at the end of the universe, or
to someone’s heart

somewhere far distant

my fingers entwine with yours
turn and listen to the song of love
